About Me

Hi, I'm Xiaoyin

I come from an AI background — but it was my own body that changed everything. Years of chronic pain pushed me to study movement science, understand biomechanics, and figure out why I was hurting.

I trained myself back to full strength. No more pain. Along the way, I helped friends do the same — and realized this was what I wanted to do for more people.

Today I hold an ACE Personal Trainer certification and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialization. I bring both the analytical mindset of someone who studied AI and the lived experience of someone who has been through it — to help you build a stronger, pain-free body.
